Truman State Univ. - MO Hall

DESCRIPTION:
The Missouri Hall is an existing five story building originally opened in 1965. The renovation of this 116,950 sq. ft. building consisted of new mechanical and electrical systems including air conditioning of each dorm room, new bathrooms, new windows, new ceilings, floor and wall finishes and a fire sprinkler system. Part of the building was converted from two person rooms to apartments. The project adds 2,800 sq. ft. of additional space and will house 534 students. Total construction time for this project is 12 months.
